Then inside of the CoA editor expansion are the gfx and interface folders, with all their stuff. so now inside THAT mod folder i have: a folder named CoA Editor Expansion AND a 1KB movie clip of the same name? I extracted the download to this location: documents/paradox interactive/crusader kings II/mod. the mod tab in the launcher isnt even clickable. I've checked and rechecked EVERYTHING a million times, i even reinstalled the entire game and then the mod, still NOTHING. This is really frustrating me, i know this is a simple mod. There are 350 shield options to choose from the Editor now so for those who haven't figured this out yet Shift skips five, and CTRL skips 10 so you don't have to click 175 times to get to the design you want.Īfter making some changes here is the reposted and hopefully compliant version. You're also going to miss out on the Bjälbo, Orsini, and of Wessex designs, the reasoning explained in post #3, and a potential and easy fix if your willing to work on it. The Patrician and Pagan image changes were fine because they were in the Vanilla and shouldn't be an issue. Unfortinately to avoid violating PARADOX RULES I had to set it up where it uses the original DLC images where the clipping happens. Aside from fixing it in the editor I also fixed the clipping in for the actually Dynasties in game. So now you can see the head of whatever is on the von Hohenzollern shield. Also I corrected an issue where the flag designs were clipped in obviously bad way. I also added the designs from the Patrician.tga and the pagans.tga. Like the caped Weasel Blanche Hermine on the de Vannes Shield, well it's an option. So wanted to use the Argyros Stars and Cross design on your Coat of Arms now you can. Well I saw some of the Shield designs from the Dynasty Shields DLCs and wanted them for my own custom characters and I decided to add all those designs to the Coat of Arms Editor. So this is the first mod I've made for CK2, so feel free to offer any suggestions, or point out any problems you see, but also bare in mind I'm a noob at modding this game and might not have a clue what your talking about.
